Donor Management System

DMS provides a solution designed we are helping our clients in managing perfect relationships with their donors, contacts, and supporters. This solution equips nonprofit professionals with access to constituent information through a full suite of marketing, sales, and customer service capabilities with a familiar Microsoft Office Outlook® experience to help ensure rapid user adoption and fast results.

Unified Control of your Workforce

With DMS dashboard you can graphically view stats and charts of users, peoples and customers who are engaged with systems.

From Lead to donation realization we mapped the entire donation cycle for TCF on MS Dynamics CRM. This processes involved generation of donation receipts and reports for goal versus donation raised.

We integrated MS Dynamics CRM with MS Dynamics GP which TCF is using as financial ERP. All the donation receipts made in CRM are posted in Dynamics GP in real-time. Donors data is also synced between the systems.

TCF accepts online donations and users had to enter these transactions manually in CRM to be recorded and tagged with their Donor’s profile and posted in Dynamics GP. We integrated the web-donations with MS Dynamics CRM reducing time, hassle and duplication of efforts.

TCF is a professionally managed non profit organization and has more than 1000 school units in Pakistan. All donations received are invested in these schools – hence there was a dire need to record and manage all schools in MS Dynamics CRM. We customized the application so that our client can not only record schools but can also track donation history and availability status of each school.

A number standard and custom SSRS reports were developed to meet the client’s requirements. We amended the standard dashboards to map non-profit indicators. Also, added donation summary report for an account or contact on the contact/account form; creating one screen view of all the donor’s info and donation trend.

Donor Management System Process!

A sales cycle typically starts when you identify leads and add them to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Later, based on the interactions with these leads, you convert them to opportunities with associated accounts or contacts already in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or convert them to opportunities with new accounts or contacts.
