We have developed on online Sales & Services Management System for our client Al-Essa. They are one of the fastest growing Kitchen manufacturing and installation firm. Using the web portal, our client’s Sales and Services team can manage the sales pipeline and schedule & monitor services in real time. Our portal is integrated with MS Dynamics GP and enables the sales team to process quotes, orders and payment receipts online  ensuring accuracy of the orders and avoiding time lags. All the financial transactions are sent to Microsoft Dynamics GP in real-time – saving the hassle of transferring information and maintaining data sanctity.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

At different stages in the Sales cycle our client holds a survey that helps them measure customer satisfaction, identify unhappy customers and find potential advocates. Our product has an option to create and capture customer satisfaction surveys with customer satisfaction ratings that help employees in focusing on the importance of fulfilling and exceeding customer expectations. Secondly, when satisfaction ratings dip, these ratings warn of potential problems that can affect future revenue.

Real-time Integration with MS Dynamics GP & AX

Our client is using Microsoft Dynamics GP as Financial ERP, so we integrated our solution natively with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Sales order, Purchase Order and financial transactions are synced between the systems in real-time – ensuring that there is no redundancy in data.
