The standard support contract offers customer support during normal office hours. You can easily contact Evincible Solutions via call, fax, email or via the website 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Evincible Solutions conducts Microsoft-approved classroom style training from its Karachi office. We offer on-site training for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. A training consultant will carry out the required training at the clients site. Charges are per day. Training can follow the format of classroom training or can be consultative based on the clients specific requirements.
Prior to the session, we discuss the client’s concerns, issues and requirements and work with the client to deliver the required training. On-site training and consultancy can prove to be very economical compared with classroom courses and enables the consultant to concentrate solely on one client and their specific requirements. We recommend no more than eight employees attend a session to enable the client to achieve the most benefit. On-site training and consultancy is a very cost effective way to train a number of employees on their own system.
